CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULE / LATE ARRIVAL While we understand there are times when unexpected emergencies happen, any changes to your appointment need to be made (cancellations or re-scheduling) 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being subject to a cancellation fee. If you are running 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment as booked however this may result in a shorter service (no haircut/blowdry/etc). If arriving late infringes on another client’s appointment or prevents me from providing the service as booked, you will need to reschedule. DEPOSITS Deposits are required for certain color/chemical services. Deposits are non refundable and will be applied to your total cost at check out. Deposits are transferable one time only to a rescheduled appointment. NO SHOW Not showing up to your scheduled appointment with zero communication will result in your card on file being charged a cancellation fee and being restricted from booking any future appointments.

I have a real passion for making people feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin and emphasizing that beauty.
